Vision Sessions is a place where you can tune in - using the power of circle and ceremony to open the doors to the magical rhelms and tap us into our full potential as creative beings and to STEP UP to the life your SOUL longs for. Are you ready??

The group container holds space for us to see ourselves in a new way, see what is truly important and remind ourselves that we are all human, perfectly imperfect, as well as connected to our divine source of inspiration. That we can create what we desire and that to truly birth it and tend it takes time, energy, commitment and deep love. This is the pre-requiste programme for SOUL LIFE mastery.

SOUL LIFE - Mastery Sessions

This is a dedicated group of women - coming together for a full twelve moon cycle - committed to their growth, to unfolding their path with grace and love and to supporting each other on the journey.

All participants have completed the 8 weeks of Vision Sessions, completed a Vision Quest or done at least 10 personal couching sessions with me and are well on their way to creating the life they dream of. This monthly group brings ongoing support, nourishment and encouragement on the path - as well as a wealth of tools and goodies - including discounts to workshops throughout the year and unlimited online classes on the SOUL classes portal for the whole year - EPIC!!

Unlimited access to yoga, qi gong, meditation, plus a host of other beautiful classes and adventures on the portal. 

12 sessions, 12 months of awesome, a full year of growth, connection and support. We will laugh, cry, BE, practice and make intentions for the month ahead. You will need your cacao, (or tea) a journal, somewhere comfy to BE, a private space - let’s roll…

ONLINE classes in association with The SOUL CENTRE

Wilhemeena offers ongoing weekly classes in qi gong and yoga by zoom, as well as a huge collection of classes you can do anytime and anywhere. This is hosted by THE SOUL CENTRE on their wellness portal and includes special guests and a myriad of classes, meditations, and wellness goodies.

Several different weekly and monthly memberships available.
