SOUL CENTRE was founded in 2005, as an extention of my heart to the community, as space of healing, wellness, art, and gathering together. It was the first centre of its kind in New Zealand, a centre for kinesthetic and somatic education, bringing tutors and trainings from all over the world to NZ. Beginning in Titirangi (on the fringe of heaven) as the full and mighty SOUL CENTRE (including a beautiful big studio, three clinic spaces and a tea room) and now on the beautiful shores of Omaha Bay north of Auckland as SOUL STUDIO (2.0) with a small but perfect studio and healing rooms by the sea. SOUL has moved through many incarnations, including a time of being fully online over the lockdowns. We have emerged from that time with a beautiful collection of classes available both in person and online.
